ETF Tweet of the Week:  Grayscale continues mounting an argument against the SEC on a spot bitcoin ETF.  Following the SEC’s recent approval of the Teucrium Bitcoin Futures ETF, Grayscale attorneys posted a new public comment stating that “there is no basis for treating spot Bitcoin products differently from Bitcoin futures products”.  Grayscale’s Chief Legal Officer elaborates (click tweet to read entire thread)…
